Semolina
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups semolina
- 2 cups water
- 1.5 cups sugar
- Melt the butter and pour it over the semolina.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes.
- Reduce the heat and cook for another 3 minutes. Cook until the semolina turns dark brown.
- Add the sugar and cook for 4 more minutes.
- Add water. (Caution: it may splatter)
- Stir a few times and wait for it to boil.
- Leave it slightly liquid and watery, then turn off the heat.
- Let it rest and serve.
