Long Grain Rice

  • 2 cups long grain rice
  • 3 cups water
  • Salt
  • Thoroughly rinse the long grain rice.
  • Place the long grain rice and water in a pot.
  • Add salt, stir, and bring to a boil.
  • Once it boils, simmer until the water is absorbed.
  • After cooking, cover the pot, let it rest for a while, and serve.
