Gin Corn

  • 2 cups of dried corn kernels
  • Salt
  • Hot water
  • Wash the corn thoroughly.
  • Place the corn and salt in a pot.
  • Add hot water, stir, and bring to a boil.
  • Once it boils, simmer until the water is absorbed.
  • After cooking, cover the pot, let it rest for a while, and serve.
