Coarse Bulgur

  • 2 cups of bulgur for pilaf
  • 3 cups of water
  • Salt
  • Add the bulgur for pilaf and water to a pot.
  • Add salt, stir, and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer until the water is absorbed.
  • After cooking, cover the pot, let it rest for a while, and serve.
