Bulgur Wheat
- 2 cups fine bulgur
- 2 cups hot water
- Salt
- Olive oil (optional)
- Transfer the bulgur into a large bowl.

Add hot water, stir, cover, and let it rest for a
while.
- Add salt to the rested bulgur and mix well.
- Optionally, add olive oil and mix.

desired dish.
