Bulgur Wheat

  • 2 cups fine bulgur
  • 2 cups hot water
  • Salt
  • Olive oil (optional)
  • Transfer the bulgur into a large bowl.
  • Add hot water, stir, cover, and let it rest for a while.
  • Add salt to the rested bulgur and mix well.
  • Optionally, add olive oil and mix.
  • Your bulgur is ready; you can serve it with your desired dish.
