Brown Bulgur

  • 2 cups brown bulgur for meatballs
  • 2.5 glasses of hot water
  • Salt
  • Pomegranate syrup (optional)
  • Lemon juice(optional)
  • Olive oil
  • Put the brown bulgur into a large bowl.
  • Add hot water, salt and pomegranate syrup (or Add lemon juice and mix.
  • Let the bulgur sit until it swells.
  • Mix the swollen bulgur and add olive oil. knead well.
  • You can serve it in any shape you want.
