Brown Bulgur
- 2 cups brown bulgur for meatballs
- 2.5 glasses of hot water
- Salt
- Pomegranate syrup (optional)
- Lemon juice(optional)
- Olive oil
- Put the brown bulgur into a large bowl.

Add hot water, salt and pomegranate syrup (or Add
lemon juice and mix.
- Let the bulgur sit until it swells.

Mix the swollen bulgur and add olive oil. knead well.
- You can serve it in any shape you want.
