Baldo Rice

  • 2 cups Baldo rice
  • 4 cups water
  • Salt
  • Rinse the Baldo rice thoroughly.
  • Add the Baldo rice and water to a pot.
  • Add salt, stir, and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer until the water is absorbed.
  • After cooking, remove from heat, let it rest for a while, and serve.
